I wish if i can rate CERO star. Dentist ok..the billing and the other employee at front, unfortunately I dont have the names yet, cero customer service, cero professionalism cero respect. Idk why they use the automatic service....they change your appointment and because the appointment was changed they want to charge $ 75. I called 72 hrs before and still they charge you $ 75 When I ask to speak with someone above....well the manager is not there...they will call you they said. No even talking to the manager yet that lady at front say .....well if you dont pay will be sent to collections. if you dont cancel the appointment in 48 hs they charge you $ 75. Now if they change it you still have to pay $ 75 for the mistakes they do. Unacceptable.....is not the first time...no long ago they sent me a bill.....even that I pay after the visit...cero balance ...after few weeks they sent me a bill, when I call they said ......oh because the insurance didnt covered so we sent you the bill. So even if my insurance didnt covered they should tell me before the procedure no after weeks...as I said CERO profesionalism.. They really dont care about fixing this issue, I saw reviews like a year ago or more, and same situation and still same problems so if they still doing it, is because they dont care about that.. I wish if I read those reviews before go there... customer satisfaction CERO. Is only about money someone should do something. I will choose other dentist is plenty in the valley and this Cascade dental will loose moore customers.

Absolutely never coming back to this office. When I first came into the office there was another patient complaining to them about his billing and I did not think much of it. Don't get me wrong the staff at the front and their Orthodontist are nice. However, when I signed paperwork to become a new patient I was informed of a $50 appointment cancellation fee. This last visit I finally went back for my filling which was on March 4th, since then I have been in pain I cannot eat or drink anything without feeling pain. I made an appointment to get it fixed, but the day of I woke up sick. I called to cancel my appointment an hour before and they didn't answer. I left a voicemail and then got a call back 5 minutes into what was supposed to be my appointment time. I informed Lupe that I had left a voicemail which she wasn't aware of and advised me I would be charged $75 for missing the appointment. I asked when it was raised to that amount since I had been told it was $50 when I signed my new patient paperwork. She responded that the managers were getting on them and it had been raised since January. I also mentioned when I had my orthodontist appointment (only 3 weeks after my filling) they took additional imaging which they didn't inform me I would be getting a separate bill for. I explained to her I understand if I have to pay but why am I not being told this prior to the service? She said she would call me back. I recalled and asked to speak to the manager and they advised me she was with a client and she would get back to me within 48 hours (the irony). It is now a week since I have called , and still no call back from the manager. And no concern whatsoever to the fact that the appointment I missed was the one to fix the teeth I still have causing me pain. I did however receive their bill today for the $75 missed appointment and an additional amount I'm not sure what for plus the $95 imaging fee. Be aware I have spent a total of $820 on a cleaning and a filling which is still causing me pain. I was also supposed to get my braces here which I would have paid close to $5000 out of pocket which you can guarantee I will no longer be doing there.

The staff at Cascade dental is the best dental office Ive ever been to , their friendly, helpful and courteous. My dentist, Dr. G in my book is one of the best dentist Ive ever been to, the office manager I dont know her name sorry , worked with me. Im getting insurance through Cascade dental, for only 80 bucks a year to receive reduced prices if I need adjustment or any other help, i would have to to pay over $1,200 for my hard reline but was reduced over half. I will recommend this, Dentist Cascade dental to all my friends and family. The price I paid for my dentures was fair, reasonable and affordable, if you need dental implants or dentures or cleaning services or Tooth extraction go to Cascade dental They really are the best.
