Based off of the simple fact that after more than a full business day, you dont call potential clients back about retaining your legal representation. If thats how you operate John, then nobody should do business with you.

This lawyer ignored all communications from my lawyer for a period of six months. I had to sue the client in court in order to compel the attorney to answer his phone. In court he claimed that it was because we were asking for a settlement and not mediation that he chose to ignore all messages and communications. He then promptly offered a settlement. Only use if you need someone highly unethical represent you. This is the exact kind of a lawyer who gives lawyers a bad name.

he lied to me and told me that he by law couldn't allow me to plead not guilty for a crime i was guilty for. and yes I understand if you're guilty you should have to do the time for the crime none the less i was lied to. i looked up the laws. I requested an evidence summons through him and I never received the evidence that was against me. there was really no evidence against me except for he said she said. had I been more well-informed on the actual laws that exist in our country by this lawyer I would have made different decisions.
