I called into the office as someone who was not a client and had not paid the firm a single penny. I am currently a resident of TN and needed to get court disposition paperwork from the LV Justice Court sent to me so I could obtain a professional license and keep my job. Literally within 5 minutes whomever I spoke with at the Firm had pulled the documents from the court website and emailed them to me. No request for money, nor anything else, just a desire to help me and be good people. While I can't honestly speak to legal representation, if the way I was treated as a total stranger needing a favor holds any weight, I would not hesitate to retain their services.
