Great security system and ammeneties.... The negative reviews I read are hilarious and from my experience not at all true. Probably someone pissed they couldn't afford the rent or something. Great view of Vegas.... Hoa is very organized and have frequent meetings... Honestly a great place of you are looking to buy in Vegas #pety side note don't really believe in reviews. In my opinion doesn't matter what anyone says good or bad...You're experience will be whatever you make it and perspectives... Especially negative ones are irrelevant.. Have a good day

This place has made my best friend and I life a LIVING HELL. Every resident here complains about Elizabeth the manager. The security supervisor (old black guy) is probably the most disrespect, rude, nasty human being I have ever met. He doesn't even look you in the eye when speaking to him, he doesn't answer any questions we have and is completely and utterly one of the worst souls. He not only needs Jesus but he need to take a class on customer service and how to treat residents. Currently we are talking to lawyers because of the discriminatory actions this place has taken against my friend just because she is young, LGBT and a new resident. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Do NOT buy a condo here. It is NOT worth it. I spoke with another resident today that said if she could go back in time she would've NEVER bought a condo here because of how terrible Elizabeth and the security supervisor is. Basically every staff member here is elderly and disrespectful. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place needs to be reported.

Bought a condo here back in 2016 and so far never had any problem.24 hours security,indoor garage,Elizabeth in the office very friendly and always try to help,very quiet, very good location ,close to Airport,strip,UNLV ......plus small gym,good size pool and tennis courts
