This place is completely awful! Homeless people and drug addicts hanging out on the steps doing drugs. Loud disrespectful neighbors, tons of fights, gunshots, and police calls. Also, lots of break-ins! The units on either side of me and above me have all been broken into. Several units are boarded up from break ins. The hoa is a joke, and will fine you for having plants outside, but allow drug dealers to hang out and homeless people to charge their phones in the outlets in the buildings. They are replacing the stucco on the upper level walkway today , but the plumbing is 70 years old , and my sink backs up all the freaking time ! There's supposed to be security, but in 3 years of living here I've seen them exactly 3 times until this month. Now we have 1 nighttime security person.Don't rent here! I wish I hadn't. And whatever you do, Don't buy here!!!

Sadly I live here. It's slum put run by slum lords. Bad upkeep and very dangerous. They rent to any hoodlums and criminals. Tonight I was threatened by someone claiming to work for the HOA here. Full of lunatics, crack heads and psychos. Stay far away. Oh, and the neighborhood experiecies regular shootings and violent crime.
