ATTENTION. FAR AWAY FROM HERE!! Terrible experience during our stay on the west coast. After booking an apartment in the recently built complex called "Las Vegas Getaway" between Carson E and 14th (and paying fully in advance through AirB&B) we had a nasty surprise upon arrival: the residential but peripheral area was not immediately a good impression (secondary road, poorly lit in a not well frequented neighbourhood)...then, first of all the check-in is done independently, i.e. without anyone's assistance (and this was not indicated in the advert) using security codes to enter the parking area and then into the apartment, however the manager refused to speak on the phone and we were only able to contact him via messages in the chat on the portal, but then without having received the necessary assistance we decided to leave the apartment and find an alternative room in another structure, losing the entire amount paid here; the apartment appeared to be really small (size of niche, let's say) while from the photos it seemed a little larger, but since the measurements were not indicated, we didn't expect it to be that way. The cleanliness of the accommodation left a lot to be desired: bed sheets (which, contrary to what was indicated in the description, were not a real double, but small in size) wrinkled and full of fur and hair, stained sofa bed: despite the indication it was not set up for sleeping and there were no extra sheets, pillow and pillowcase, as well as having been placed on a wooden platform for transporting goods; in the bathroom, in the shower cubicle we found bottles of products opened and used by previous guests (one was even completely empty, but still left in the shower accessory holder, which raised doubts about the actual cleaning and sanitization of the shower itself). We were therefore forced to book a room in a hotel (at the last minute) in a more central area and we immediately left this apartment... without receiving any apologies or refunds from the owner.
