Villa Del Sol Condominiums

Neighborhood got worse and worse in the last couple years. Pool has been empty a couple years now. Hundreds of cockroaches outside at night all over the rocks and in walkways. You will frequently see homeless by the trash cans and sleeping in elevator and by the stairs. Crime has also gotten worse, break ins and stolen vehicles, and vandalism. Building also has multiple cracks as well which makes you question how stable it would be in the event of an earthquake.

There's gun shots all the time. Police are here alot. There isn't any wheelchair access except to one apartment in the back and can only be use by people residing in that apartment unless you can wheel over rocks. Pool is always closed because of pump issues. Grounds could be better kepted. Mailboxes have been broken into many times.
