Moved in recently and havent had the greatest time at all. From moving in when the unit wasnt nowhere ready to having the upstairs neighbors SO LOUD to the point thats almost inhabitable!! I am not happy at all! Yes the condominium is beautiful and well kept for the most part. However when I moved in, I had NO fob, no way in I had to borrow a fob to be able to move my stuff in not how its supposed to be. The fridge ice maker when the ice comes out it has RUST on it yes I was pretty shocked! Theres mold in the bathtub, 13 light bulbs burned out, they left trash behind, the blinds are missing so I cant close my sliding door completely cuz theres 6 blind pieces missing, just a whose set of issues! This is NOT how you treat your new tenant that just PAID YOU $4100 dollars! So if youre dealing with a property manager initials SW you better think and rethink before you actually make a move. Youll thank me later. Ill be honest, if things change (doubt it) and I also get some type of peace from the possibly lousiest and loudest neighbor in the south side of Las Vegas Ill update my review, for now it stands as is. And go the person that replied to my review Youd have the authority to contact the owner and let her know to fix the units BEFORE the tenants moves in. She owns 16 condos here I feel like I made a huge mistake moving in here.
