We are very pleased with the prompt response in maintaining the good condition of our Unit, and security. Also, the kind, courteous and professionalism of all the employees. We are very happy to call Boca Raton our permanent home.

I enjoy living at Boca Raton. The leasing staff is awesome and maintenance strives hard to manage our requests. The ladies always greet you with a smile and listen to your concerns. Myra is amazing and works hard to provide her tenants with caring service.

Very Poor and Unprofessional people in that office and I will go to the extreme to make sure that Lily Suarez who stated a different last name to me. Whom just started about 5 months ago that doesn't qualify to work there. I will go BBB website everything I can think of because this lady wanted me to send her a copy of my Deed to my home for proof who does she think she is this is un heard of I wasn't even the one who was apply for this place but what I seen my old tenant go thru I recommend no one to Apply at this place. and the Hallways from what I was told smell like weed and not clean but Lily is a bigger problem than that the Manager Mayra as well is so rude I cant even imaging hiring such person. They both should be Terminate soon as possible . I will keep going until I call there and there both gone.
