Great security but the mailroom needs to be re done asap! Its completely out dated and someone could easily steal my mail if they wanted to. My box is broken and left wide open when I checked the mail today. Also, as high as the HOA is here, one would assume there would be a Package Hub of some sort where packages can be delivered securely or at least if they could be delivered to the office. Because the property is large, the delivery carriers cannot find the units and they dont deliver to your door. They just mark your package as NO SECURE DELIVERY AREA and you have to pick up packages at your nearest post office.

Jeff at the office, has the most rude and unprofessional behavior. Upon arriving at the office, the hours of operation was covered after trying to reach them for over 24 hours. And had multiple different numbers on multiple pieces of paper posted all over the front door. He said he was there since 6 pm last night and that I didnt call, well theres ten different numbers on the door for starters and none of them match the number listed in Google which I know he has no control of but the tone and demeanor of this man was so condescending and rude. He kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain to him the situation, but so much so that I could not finish a sentence. He just kept saying that I need to follow the rules and that hell print me guest passes, when the rules over visitor parking were never explained and I just needed simple clarification. Carlos the security officer was so kind to offer me the security number to answer my questions. I will be back at the office until the person who is in charge is in office or can get me the person in charge. This was completely unacceptable and unwarranted behavior, I never in my life had to deal with someone so rude for no reason.
