I'm actually very shocked to see so many one star reviews.The property is kept up pretty well as opposed to any apartments I've rented . And I think anywhere you go u will have an obnoxious neighbor or two . Here I only have one so not bad

Worst HOA EVER AND THEY KNOW IT, Ive been requesting for the sauna to be repaired since nov 5th 2023, its February 13th 2024 and its still not repaired. The maintenance manager keeps telling me next week next week and then told me about a month ago the parts were on the way and would be there by next week, called today and he told me the company went out of business *after they shipped the parts* Purely a joke of an association.

Poorly ran and dangerous community, live here if you want to be bothered by obnoxious neighbors and incompetent HOA board that cant figure out how to properly manage a budget. Seems like the community is always out of money because everything is broken and run down yet HOA fee climbs steadily. Never seen a more poorly managed community in my entire life. People frequently try to break into cars and steal packages off porches. HOA only cares about their own interests $.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Alexis Heights Management company doesnt respond and isnt ever accessible really. They didnt even show up to our appointment time on move in day so immediate red flag. Youre pretty much on your own when things go wrong which seems to be pretty often. My car parts have been stolen twice even thought its a gated community. Also they are repaving their parking spots and towed everyones car with little to no warning. Major of explanation/understanding about the parking instructions for their reconstruction of the lot. I do not recommend living here and regret ever living here. The response says there were emails and posted warnings on all of the cars maybe just my car was left out but I never received anything. Also my boyfriend and I (both of our cars were towed) met 3 other people from Alexis heights at the towing lot who had the same experience (we were only there 45 minutes). So obviously something with the communication was off. Maybe it wasnt Alexis heights fault because of the separate property managers but I still wouldnt recommend living here because who would want to jump through hoops just to communicate with whoever is in charge.
