I was promised by Michael Cote many things he gave me a new printer, took my old one and when it was supposed to be sent back to my prior printing company. He never did, so my prior printing company started charging me for it as well. So now Im stuck with two bills one from Michael and my prior company. Micheal did everything possible for me to sign the contract and after I did, he was nowhere to be found. I text him an email me. He never responded to me. I will never use this company again.

The worst billing department I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Terrible customer service as far as the billing departmenet. Cannot get invoices mailed out and as soon as they decide you are behind they threaten service disconnection. I have been double billed multiple times also, which requires monthly contact with the IT mangement. While the IT has been very good, I would not do business with this company due to their lack of competency in billing.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. They have always gone above what is expected to make sure the customer is happy. The Ricoh C4500 is a very reliable machine.
