Dr tech is amazing! I was unable to use my email for over a week. I tried everything I knew to no avail. I was even on the phone with Microsoft for over 2 hours trying to fix it without success. I finally called Dr tech and in less than 10 min he had it all fixed and working properly!! Thank you Dr tech!!

I could figure out what caused my PC to stop working and after days of trying I thought I would look for help. With in 30mins of meeting and troubleshooting the root cause was found. After getting the parts needed Shaun helped replace all components and insured that all Software and Drivers were updated and installed how I wanted them. Shaun was very helpful and professional, he was easy to communicate with and thorough.

We had a computer issue that wasn't obvious on what to do and Sean was so knowledgeable and caring that he was able to diagnose the issue and not give up until he did.

Shaun @ Dr Tech PC is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and knows his stuff. Hes also really responsive by phone, even walking me through troubleshooting so I could fix the problem without a service call. Highly recommend Shaun.
