My computer's power died, and Joe at Error Out Computer Services was able to diagnose and fix the problem on short notice at a very reasonable price. He was knowledgeable friendly, entertaining, and down-to-earth. Getting the computer fixed so quickly was such a relief, and being able to watch while the repairs were made was extremely appreciated. Joe is the best. In fact, he's a miracle worker. He took an old computer program from a very old computer and installed it in a new laptop. I had used the computer since 1989. The original computer broke in 2007, Joe came out, took a look and installed the program in another old computer. This time the printer went down and could not be replaced. It had also been in use since 1989. Through a wealth of knowledge, ingenuity, and a lot of patience, he was able to retrieve the data install it in the laptop without losing anything.
