I have bought my computer's from this place for years and they have been great and reasonably priced.

Said they were open on Google. Walked around the entire building and couldnt get inside. Also tried calling them. No answer. Terrible service and communication. Total waste of time!

I recently took my desktop computer in for a boot problem. A couple of days later, the technician called me and said the CPU was not worth fixing. He stated that the Video Card, Motherboard, and Hard Drive were all bad. This was real hard to swallow since the unit was working fine until I messed up the boot manager file. I took the unit to another computer repair facility. The technician opened up the computer and immediately noticed that screws were missing from the motherboard as well as standoffs. I left it. The next day, he called me and confirmed that the video card fan was making noise but I really didn't need it since I the motherboard had on board ports for both my monitors. I asked him about the motherboard and he said it was fine and accessible. Also the hard drive was working fine. The problem was the boot manager was corrupt as well as the OS. A new install of the OS was needed and of course I would have to reinstall software but all my data was okay. He said that in his opinion unnecessary time was spent removing and reinstalling the motherboard correctly as well as the routing of cables to avoid future problems. The diagnosis from Friendly Computers on Rancho Dr. regarding the motherboard and hard drive was incorrect and his attempt to find the problem caused me an additional cost in repairing it properly.
