I run several businesses in Las Vegas. This is the most unprofessional property management association I've dealt with and all the years that I've lived here. Voicemails and calls will go own responded to for weeks if not months. No explanation has been offered as to why issues that have come up with my space haven't warranted any kind of response. I'm writing this review and hopes that sun property will take some action and take care of their clients.

As a new tenant, I have been experiencing some challenges with my lease and encountering miscommunications regarding the overall processes and usage of my space. Furthermore, there seems to have been a miscommunication between the property management and the leasing agent, which has resulted in me being unfairly penalized. I believe that this management company has made it difficult for me to find solutions, as they consistently highlight my flaws and problems, despite my sincere efforts to maintain and address any issues to the best of my ability. I have consistently experienced disrespectful behavior, including name-calling and belittlement, instead of receiving the assistance and support that I require. Based on my personal experiences, I cannot recommend this management company for property management or leasing services.
