The folks at ShockWave Print have been so amazing in every way! Super fast production time, perfect quality DTF prints everytime, and outstanding customer service. Stan has always been there for me in a rush and has supplied professional support when needed. This is by far, the best production printing company I have dealt with (and I have been in the industry for over 20 years). Thank you ShockWave!

If I could give this place a zero stars I would for false advertising. I was looking for DTF printing and their website stated same day service if ordered by 12pm and further said that pick up is possible. Since I live in Vegas I was excited because I wanted to deal with someone local despite their pricing being $2 -$3 more than others I have dealt with. I placed my order on the 8th and now today is the 15th and I do not have my 5 prints yet. Since my initial complaint and pointing out the misleading verbiage they have removed the misinformation off their FAQs to which I had already taken a screen shots. When I complained no apology was given I was told well do just want you money back to which I replied no I just want what I paid for. I have a feeling that my work is not being done in house which would explain why its taking so long. Definitely would not use nor recommend this company for this particular product as this has been a total waste of time

I cant say enough good things about Stan and his willingness to get me my items. His team fully customized my order for me inside and out. Shipped on time and I am on the east coast. You can trust these folks with your needs. I will definitely use them again and again.
