I walked into the store and was warmly greeted by the owner Rene. I really dislike purchasing clothing but the entire staff made it a great experience. I was from out of town and needed the clothing altered and shipped within days. Platino exceeded expectations and not only was it shipped as promised but it came a little early. The owner Rene gave me his cell phone and unfortunately I had to use it. Fedx shipped the box to an incorrect address, it was late in the evening and Rene took the call and assured me they would get taken care of. It wound up box was delivered to wrong address but Rene went above and beyond with great customer service. Great TEAM at Platino and I would refer others. Thank You for a great experience.

The level of competence of the worker here is highly doubtful. I was making an inquiry regarding the materials of a made-to-measure leisure wear suit. He seems baffled by this term and couldnt coherently find the swatches I was looking for, like 14 mil, cashmere, fine wool etc. I mentioned types of fabric weaves and also received absolutely zero response. He didnt seem to understand what these terms meant and was constantly telling me he needed to go through the swatches to give me an answer. The utter lack of knowledge in this caliber of fine clothing is astounding, not to mention his lack of English skills and noticeable arrogance written on his face, manifested by the fact that I was completely ignored by him for about a minute or two when I first entered the store before he finally decided to lecture me on how I should judge the clothes. Horrible experience!
