Today I've got the best shopping experience ever in my life in Vegas at Madewell (Summerlin Downtown). I have very special event coming. Fran was above and beyond!!! She really helped me to find the best option for my outfit. Unbelievable customer service. I hope Fran will be promoted soon.

I got madewell from my little sister. Sizewise is too small, so I tried to exchange it, and the person who was working there she was rude. It was a gift and my sister was next to me. I had a gift receipt. She keeps saying out loud price and saying I need price tag.

They have the nicest selection of women's clothing. The lighting is very inviting

Madewell is one of my favorite stores and sometimes I'm able to find some awesome items.Today I went in to find some denim shorts but unfortunately they were completely out of sizes.I also found some beautiful tops but unfortunately their sizing seems a bit off. I tried on 2 identical tanks-- 1 was xs and the other xxs and they both fit the same which means  quality control needs some improvement. I also found a summery stretchy tank sleeveless top but I think it was outrageously overpriced at $82. That price really didn't make sense, especially for something not made in the u.s-- ridiculous. Today was not a good day to shop at Madewell but I hope that I'll find something in the next season on sale!
