As a first time customer at this Children's Place store I was truly appalled at the manager Karina. She saw me waiting in line... didn't greet me, didn't excuse herself from making me wait and she just walked by me. Please note I was the only customer in line in an empty store. After all this another employee was stocking girl's shoes and she told her from across the store, "you got this." I was so disappointed at how this manager Karina treated me as a customer and on top of that to her team member.

Horrible!!!! I went to return some shorts that were brand new tags on and they said they can only return items for the same exact iteM without a receipt!! And right now they aren't selling shorts!! So they would issue me store credit I bought these online and cannot find the email of the receipt so now I'm stuck with $89 worth of shorts my daughter will never wear And I can't even wait till next summer because these are size 16 and that's the highest they go in sizes. Ridiculous I shop here so much but after today never again I'll stick with old navy!!!

I am so upset. Ive been a loyal customer for years. I placed an online order and within 5 minutes I received my email confirmation and noticed I put the incorrect shipping address. I called customer service immediately to change my shipping address. Instead of the lady changing my address ( She stated she could not) she told me the authorization would fall off my account and I would not be charged. So here it is 6 days later and Ive been charged!!! I called customer service and they stated I would need to call Fed-Ex and update my address with them,( Since by now I did receive a shipping email) Fed-Ex denied my request due to me not being the shipper. So here it is I have been SCAMMED for money and CLOTHING !!! You should not do hard working people this way. Its unexplainable how I feel right now. PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP A LOYAL CUSTOMER???? THAT WONT JUST TELL ME ANYTHING AND SEND ME CHASING MY OWN TAIL!!!!!
