I unfortunately have to stop coming here. Nice staff and all, but they absolutely refuse to start a 2nd NL table under any circumstances. You could call in an hour ahead, show up, and still be waiting another 2 hrs. I've had times where I've lost hundreds on stupid Imaga just while waiting to get on the one NL table. I'm not exaggerating. The list can be 20 deep and they just won't do it. Don't bother coming here for NL

This is the least professional and dirtiest poker room I've ever had the unfortunate experience of visiting. I once saw a cockroach scurrying on the floor and one time a player had a cricket on top of their head. One of the female poker room managers is constantly bickering with customers and making decisions I've never seen made before. It's routine for her to be shouting and demeaning customers. I know players can be difficult and it's a tough job but it appears she goes out of her way to be be unprofessional and instigate fights with petty personal slights. They favor the locals. I've seen them move locals ahead on the waiting list and make other decisions to give the locals an edge. It's nice to support the locals but when it gets to the point of cheating there's a line that I've seen crossed. It's complete chaos waiting to happen. I've seen situations that could easily have been avoided where players are shouting or fighting with each other or the poker room managers. The dealers are often being told what to do by the players. Some are good but some are very inexperienced and rely on the players to run the game. In April of 2024 the rake for the 4-8 Omaha game is going up to 6 dollars! It's almost impossible to win with the rake that high. There's lots of old people playing there, the games break frequently or end up short-handed. If you like the show cops and want to watch a rinky dink unprofessional dysfunctional operation in action it might be worth the entertainment, but if you're interested in playing poker ANY. card room in Vegas would be a better option.
