Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented car in March from this location. Easy access from strip, just 1 bus away. Haron/HK (sorry if wrong spelling), this guy has amazing customer service. Had no problems picking up the car. Returning was a bit tricky. Even though the sign says that they are open, but they don't man this station all the time. Only when there is a reservation. Overall good experience.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! If i could rate this place a 0 star , i would! When I got into an accident, they gave me a car that was covered under my insurance while also ensuring me that I wouldnt have to pay any further . After having the car for a WEEK , they called to tell me i now have to pay more !!!!! Spoke to the manager and she was trying to add MORE ADDITIONAL FEES ON TOP OF THAT !!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL

We rented a car for the day at the Orleans hotel and casino on Friday Sept 8th.. we dealt with Lynn and Zac J who were so accommodating and professional. They are the best! Thank you so much for taking great care of us!

Had a written pickup date from 1pm, arriving at 1:20pm to find that place closes at 1pm and nobody reachable! Went to Enterprises S Decatur instead and nobody even said sorry for messing this up.
