Had a custom closet built. Overall, very impressed with the quality of the work and the final outcome. It did not get fully completed within the expected timeframe. However, Alfredo communicates very well: he explained the reason and was accountable for the delay. The men who worked on the project were professional and courteous. I have used Alfredo's team for my last three homes. The customer service is impeccable. I really prefer the true family owned businesses because they are with you every part of the way in your process. The service techs who assemble your closets are very professional and clean up after themselves. One one of my houses I had a small issue. And guess what? It was fixed with no questions asked or not the when we get to it excuse like other competitors. I really appreciate their customer service. Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

I am so impressed with my new closets! Yes! Plural! I had Custom Closet Systems design and install TWO closets. I had my master closet redone mostly for aesthetic purposes but what I REALLY needed was my guest room closet remodeled. I inherited a lot of clothes from my aunt recently and the weight of the clothes literally broke my closet, so I had to get garment racks and hang up what I could, anywhere I could. This was right before Thanksgiving when family would be in town, so there was an urgency for this to be completed. I requested quotes from multiple closet companies and was very thankful that Custom Closet Systems responded to my request for a quote within minutes it felt like! I spoke with Alfredo and he was able to come out the next morning! Alfredo was on time, very friendly and listened to my concerns and took measurements. He had my closet renderings ready to review the next day and he worked with me on any modifications I had, which were minute, he did a great job, I was so excited! He gave me a timeframe for the manufacture of the materials and install turnaround which was up to six weeks, which was what I anticipated, but Alfredo also knew the situation with my guest closet and he said he would do his best to expedite everything. I honestly thought he just said that to everyone so imagine my utter shock when he called me about a week later and said he could have it installed in under three weeks..... whaatttttttt? But wait, it gets better, because Daniel (I hope I got his name right), who installed my closets, was the icing on the cake! He showed up on time, was friendly, and he was clearly VERY skilled and experienced because he installed both closets quickly and effortlessly. He even made on-the-spot modifications when he ran into a snafu with a light switch that was in the way. He could have made it easy on himself and installed around it, but he took great care and initiative to build a customized panel, it shows his pride of work and care in what his output. I'm very grateful and highly recommend this company for your closet remodel needs! I contacted Custom Closets to put some new closets in the kid's room. While there was some initial hick-ups with an appointment, the Lead Designer, Kyle, was extremely genuine and apologetic and came to the house to draw up the designs and make recommendations. The renderings were great and we decided to press forward. Original installation date wasn't supposed to be until August. However, they found a day on July 8th to fit in the work. Ernesto came over and did an amazing job with the installation. He was very pleasant and the work was top-notch. The price overall was great especially considering the type of economic environment we are in. I'd recommend this business to anyone, it was a great experience!
