I had my business listed with some young hot shot broker with some firm called First Choice and was very disappointed. They had significantly overpriced it and of course you want to believe the higher value vs what you re told by others. After it did not sell in a full year, I interviewed other brokers and finally got it sold with Alan at sunbelt. Even if you don't list with him you will be impressed and learn a ton about the right way to sell a business. You won't go wrong if you use him however. Highly Recommend.
