I had a facial yesterday and it was amazing and all day today, when I catch my face in the mirror, I'm amazed at how hydrated and glowing my skin is. My normal make up routine looks 100% better today. On top of that, the experience was relaxing and felt amazing. I'm excited to continue returning.

I'm going to try to summarize my experience. Essentially I got lost trying to find the business. I called prior to my appointment and no answer. Called 10 minutes into my appointment and Lizzi couldn't help with directions. My GPS had me in circles. The address doesn't include rhe suite, but she texted me the suite #. I was there about 4 months ago and remembered I walked in on a entrance not facing the street. I couldn't find suite 2, so I called a 3rd time and found my way. Lizzi asked how I was and I said adjitated, and she replied nobody has a problem finding it bu t me, and I've been there before. J said yes I've seen you before, but not in this office. She argued with me that it was rhe same office. I said no its definitely not the same office, I came in someplace else last tune. She said oh it was confusing so we moved the entrance here. I'm not sure why she bothered to argue instead of saying same office different entrance. Also letting me know that it's a me problem finding the office just kind of frustrated me more. So I said hey I called before I came because there was no suite and suggested she put it on the website. She sis not take that feedback at all. Lizzi was passive agressive the entire time I was there. She only told me about the treatment a little bit. When I asked her about the order of the treatment saying last time you did the dermaplane 1st, she stated it's funny how I remember the order of the treatment but not the location. .j had rj explain not all people are good with directions. She also proceeded to be very rough on my face . I laughed as she was yanking my head back and forth and she's like what's so funny, not in a curious way but in a challenging way. She proceeded to make weird, snide passive agressive comments through the treatment. Like ohnyour face is so tense what are you mad? Saying this as she's being very rough with me. The left side of my face under my eye is swollen slightly. Ishe also dleft me fully dressed, getting my shirt wet, letting the hydro facial water drip into my ears. Literally the worst experience I've ever had. The 1st time was fine, the 2nd visit was terrible. I'm not sure why she has a job with people because she doesn't seem to like the public. Honearly of I thought Groupon would have given me my money back I would have left. 10 out of 10 dont recommend.
