Mel is the best!! I have been going to her for a year and a half now and she never disappoints. She always listens to what I want as far as my lash style and delivers every time. I have thought long about leaving this review and it makes me sad to do so. The gal who did my lashes was absolutely the sweetest but she ruined my lashes for months. Its over 3 months later and I am finally back to normal but it took a while for my lashes to recover from the perm damage. I booked a lash lift and tint with a brow tint. When I arrived she started within 5 mins but then kept walking away or stopping to look at her phone /gossip with the other gal that was working. My booked one and a half hour apt took two and a half hours and she never even did my brow tint because she forgot. When I got home and looked at my lashes the ends of them were whacky and curled sideways because she wasnt paying attention and left the perm solution on too long. I couldnt even get mascara to go on right for the last three months. I had a feeling she was leaving the solution on too long when my appt took twice as long as it should have. Ive had lash lifts many times before and they have never taken more than an hour/hour fifteen. I also have never had someone ruin my lashes like they didnt care. Again, she was nice. And she does beautiful work, but she damaged my lashes and I believe it was because she didnt put me, the paying customer as a priority. Im sorry but for lifts and tints I do not recommend this place.

Mel is and will forever be my girl. She understands exactly how I want my lashes and brows and can always adapt when I change my mind. Not only that, but shes basically my therapist and someone who I consider more of my friend than anything else. You can tell she loves what she does and always cares for her clients. I have been going to Mel to get my lashes done for over a year now and she is the best! Its always a good vibe at Lashriot and my lashes last longer than any other place Ive been to. 10/10 recommend!
