I originally left a bad review because I made an appointment at 1pm during a weekday and it was approved. Then 30 minutes before my appointment it was cancelled which was very frustrating. I was frustrated no one called me and just sent a text but someone did reach out to me and it did show they did try to call me to notify me but for some reason I didnt get the call, no not their fault in that case. So I am now taking back my 1 star. I am still a little frustrated that there is no employees working in front to help customers and the phone number listed at the front doesn't even work at that location. So no front desk assistance at all. I have no experience with actual services but I think the customer service can improve.
