The worst bank ever! I have never banked with a bank that run up overdraft fees without even notifying their customer. They literally charged me $116 in overdraft fees and I had no clue my account was being overcharged! I never received an email or text informing me of this. I've called everyday since the 28th. Each time I talk to someone I get different information. Apparently you can have an account that restricts overdraft fees which would have been nice to know when I opened my account. I was just told that today after talking to about 10 other people who never mentioned that. They also signed me up to receive notifications today which is laughable. If that is an option why wasn't I told when I opened my account or all the other times I called. In these times we all work hard for our money and they literally stole $100 from me! I have $1 to my name until I get paid again because like most my money is very tight due to inflation. It is sad and I will closing my account as soon as possible. Worst choice I ever made! They do not even deserve one Star unfortunately I have to give them one to leave a review!

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!This bank is unethically run and they have policies that they do not disclose but will hold your money hostage and WILL NOT release it don't even try. Will be closing this account and disconnect ting direct deposit asap. You can do better if you need a financial institution to do it's job and hold your money.
