        The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The branch manager (woman with long dark hair in an office - didn't catch her name) came out of her office to tell me that all advisors were busy with customers and I'd have to wait 20-30 minutes for a simple ID verification. Meanwhile, she was not doing ANYTHING and had no customer with her. A true leader would have seen I was in a rush - (I told her I needed to get my kids) and would have helped me for 2 minutes. The worst bank on the planet. I am closing my account.
