Highly professional with quality and reliable service. Went to the dealer and they told me it would cost $7,500 to repair the car due to a "major engine issue". Got a second opinion from My Mechanic and they determined it was a sensor issue and $600 later the car is running as good as new. Final bill was exaclty what was estimated and the job was done exaclty when they said it would be done. And the web site and digital/text communcaiton to recieve and approve the quote made the process easy and simple. So glad I got a second opinion as it saved me almost 7 grand...next time the car has an issue we will go to My Mechanic first. Highly recommended. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I was recently telling someone about this place and realized I never made a review.
*Semi Long story bear with me*
Back in late August of 2017, My mother and I took a trip from Minnesota and ended up breaking down outside of vegas. AAA tried to scam us and took us to the wrong mechanic that paid them under the table to bring us there and that mechanic was trying to overcharge us including trying to make us pay a couple thousand for them to even look at our car. We spent probably 2+ hours with the wrong mechanic.
Someone at my mechanic called my mother making sure everything was okay because we hadn't made it yet. This is when we found out what initially happened. By the time they called us, their tow person was off the clock and they had him come get us anyway.
When we got there they were the nicest people we ever met. They went above and beyond, took care of us and got us on our way by the next day.
I give this shop the highest recommendation and there is no better place to go to. I'm not sure if they would remember us but I just want to thank them again. After we left we made it to California then all the way to Missouri and back to Minnesota with absolutely no issues.
