Some of the employees working in this office have bad attitudes toward their customers that have paid memberships with AAA. I also have renters insurance with AAA. I was there to get my car registration. DMV has placed a kiosk at this location in order for AAA members to get car registrations. You use to be able to go to one of the representatives desks and that person would process your car registration paperwork. There was no kiosk at this location. Now we have to use a cumbersome kiosk that is not very user friendly. Normally the AAA representatives at this location are willing to help using the kiosk. Now they will say " It is not their machine." I also heard another representative say "People are not patient enough while trying to use the kiosk." Your representatives have been very reluctant to help!!! I have 2 paid memberships currently with AAA. I also wanted to get a car insurance quote from you but I have changed my mind on that. We did not ask you to start providing car registration service. You decided to offer this service for your customers. Now some of your representatives have nothing but attitude when you need their help with the kiosk. If you don't want to help customers with this service, then maybe you should STOP providing this particular service. Your goal should be to provide the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE when your customers are asking you for help with ANY of the services you offer. People can get roadside assistance with a lot of other companies. You are not the only GAME in town!!! Without customers, there would be no AAA. Please remember that!!!! I will seriously think TWICE, before I renew my TWO memberships that I have had for several years with AAA. With the high cost of everything because of this economy, I am sure other AAA members feel that MAYBE they can live without this service also. I have only had to call you ONCE for a tow since I have had your service. I had to file a customer dissatisfaction complaint because the service was TERRIBLE!!!!! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!! Thanks.
