I called to request a quote. The individual that answered was not friendly and requested that I send pictures via email. I took my time to do that and never received a response. This sets the culture and tone for this business, they do not have any regard for customer service from my interaction here. When you're dealing with your vehicle, which is important, you need a responsive team that you can work with, this place is not that.

After this first experience with them, I wont take my car anywhere else. Aaron and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park on this and I cant thank them enough. Car looks better than it did when it came off the show room floor!

My parents got in an accident and they went to daves body shop and the lady in there was very rude to the point she started yelling at my mom and even lying to her, worst place ever.
