Crash Champions Collision Repair Falconis

I brought my car in after an accident. They were not very clear on what I would need to do to get the car worked on, which caused a delay. They had my car for a month, and when I got it back, it broke down within 48 hours. I took it back to get fixed, and it immediately started giving me more problems. Every time I would call, they were rude and defensive. I had to bring it in a third time. They wouldn't acknowledge all the issues, including a check engine light. They cleared the light, then ran the diagnostics, so of course it said there were no issues. They sent it to the dealership, didn't tell the dealership mechanic about the check engine light, which again delayed me getting my car fixed. I had to call and tell them. The dealership ran the car, the check engine light came on after a few hours, and THEN they could fix it. Turns out, my car needed a whole new engine. And Service King was going to ignore it.

Best experience I've ever had at a repair shop. Everyone was patient, nice, and didn't sugar coat what needed to be done. Will always choose this location for any future needs and recommend it to anyone

Older man at the front desk is so rude. Straight up in my face said he didnt care about my car or the concerns I had. Will never be returning, sucks my insurance company works with them!
