Zero stars... to be honest for zero customer service- After starting my account online, I received an email to come in to verify my identity to complete the process. I was asked to bring in 2 forms of ID into the lical branch When I arrived at this location, it was about 2pm. The website stated they are open until 5pm... but its actually 4pm. There was no customers in the waiting area when I arrived. After standing at the podium for a while & watching several girls just leisurely stroll past, I was finally acknowledged. I told the young lady about the email etc & I came in to complete opening my account. After some fumbling, etc she spoke to another girl then called someone else and asked if there were anyone else coming in... All the offices were empty & the ladies were leisurely walking & talking about. Then after playing with her tablet & walkie-talkie the girl told me they couldn't help me that day. She asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment to come back. I told her No- that I was had a flight first thing in the a.m. She said they weren't taking any more customers for the day (even though were open for another 2 hours) I was told to make an appointment online to come in... so a complete waste of my time going into this branch. If this is the type of customer service BofA provides... I will take my stock payout to a better institution. This woman acted as if she was doing me a favor & putting my money in their bank was an inconvenience. Thanks ladies
