Madera Apartments

Asked manager for the CORPORATE OFFICE # and the manager purposefully gave me another apartment complex # owned by Ovation instead of following my request. She knew what she was doing.

I love the complex, very well operated and situated in a very convenient location next to downtown Summerlin. I just signed the lease and was kindly assisted all the way through by Alicia and the rest of the team at the leasing office. They did a great job! Looking forward to joining the community in a few days!

We had water heater issues and Del, the maintenance worker came to our rescue. He was very professional and took the time needed to fix the problem.

I am contemplating moving back to Vegas. So, to the PEOPLE READING THIS, I do not reside at this property. I left a 5 star because it is commendable that all the posted reviews (Good/Bad) have been addressed. Although, some of the responses, as professionally as they've been written, seem to be a bit sarcastic. It is understood that when people have issues or complaints, they are often unpleasant-due to frustration. So, a lot of the negativity on here, can be avoided if SOMEONE would just take the time and listen, or make an attempt to help. I do not believe "Customers are ALWAYS right" & I know SOMETIMES things go wrong. But, its how situations are handled-that make all the difference. It's not always what you say, but how you say it. Maybe offer compensation as a form of resolution. Management is supposed to be innovative and able to resolve ANY issue.... way before people reach the point of "a bad review." Anyway, because I love the area, I am STILL going to look into this. THIS Pandemic has everybody crazy. So, people need to learn how to be more mindful of how they talk and treat people. As well as be open, and attempt to understand what people are experiencing and have gone through. We're dealing with enough. Again, I appreciate being able to read and research the living experiences of others. I look forward to stopping by when I land. #GoodvibesOnly #Summerlin

Absolutely one of the nicest communities I have lived in. The staff is amazing, and the cleanliness of the community and pool area is unmatched. Great value and fantastic location! Thank you Yvonne, Brenden, Alicia and Victoria for making me feel at home.
