This place is beautiful and clean. Apartments are new. I moved from California and Stephany had been amazing !!! She was helpful and patient with me. Kourtney as well had been very welcoming at my move in. Both ladies are amazing !! Strongly recommend this property !

I came in today to look at studios. The property is beautiful and I really loved it! While viewing the $1700 studios, I found one I absolutely loved + was ecstatic about. I was ready to sign today. The property manager that was showing me the place was so friendly and amazing. UNTIL I go to apply then hes like oh this unit is $1900 not $1700 like the others. Im sorry I should have told you that. It came off as a BAIT AND SWITCH. This upset me and I immediately left. Its disappointing. If he would have been honest and upfront it would have saved us time AND I would have signed on a different unit. I now am choosing to take my business elsewhere.

We moved in several weeks ago. The staff has been excellent. Lexi From the Leasing office went above and beyond to help us. Nathan The Manager and the Maintenance Staff Gary, Charles and Kevin ! They all have been receptive to any concerns and everything was handled professionally in a timely manor..

Tanager Echo has exceeded my expectations. Jeff and team have been incredible to work with from signing the lease through the move in and now being a resident. They have made this property quickly feel like home. The location, amenities and interior design of the building is some of the best I have seen, making this a great place to live in Summerlin!
