The new management is terrible and Annette is the worst of them all. She was very unpleasant, dismissive, and short with me. I hope corporate reads these reviews and sees the mistake they made switching to this company and what a nuisance this is to the residents.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have waited a long time to finally submit this review. I was hoping to wait until I had received my security deposit, but it's 4/5/24 and I haven't received my deposit since my lease ended 12/4/23. The people at the office are saying it's because of "new management", but that's a pretty convenient excuse. Here are a list of all the horrible things I experienced when living here, seriously I don't care how much you need to save, this place isn't worth it. 1: BUGS! Since day 1, we had countless bugs in our unit. Every night I would patrol and kill all of the bugs that we had because my girlfriend/roommate has a legitimate phobia of bugs, and no matter how much you spray they won't go away. This is because they have the worst design for their cabinetry in the kitchen and the bathrooms. They left a wide open space all along the bottom of the cabinets, so whenever a bug see's you they will run into this crack, where I assume they nest behind. I asked the pest guys to spray these spots several times, but I never saw an improvement. It's not one kind of bug either, I'm talking big and small. 2: The homeless. There are always homeless people walking around at night, sometimes through the day. They will go through the dumpsters and it's always so awkward when I was trying to throw my trash away, because they're actively going through it. None of us felt safe, I'm speaking on behalf of my neighbors that I spoke with as well. To make it even worse, there was a night in the first month of living there that we had a homeless person knock on our door. I was able to see them through the windows of my office, they knocked on both my and my neighbors door. Which leads me to my third reason. 3: Security is such a joke. The have a dispatcher that's supposed to answer any calls you have, but they only pick up a little over 50% of the time. Whenever I did call and report homeless in the dumpster, they never got there in time and the homeless just move on. That's part of the reason they never go away, because they're NEVER dealt with. They had a whole event where they brought in the police to explain how they were going to make the community safer, nothing changed. In fact, after that meeting my car was broken into, and the front office didn't even care. I called and reported that my window was broken and there was glass all over the road, I asked if maintenance could come clean it up so we didn't get flat tires. They literally told me "why don't you do it?" to which I responded with "because I don't have a broom" which was a blatant lie, but seriously? After going back and forth they said they would send someone, THEY NEVER DID! 4: Package delivery is a nightmare here. I had several times where Amazon, but more commonly Fedex would deliver my package to the wrong address. UPS would blatantly give up on finding my unit because I was on the back side of the building, and so I was waiting several days for packages when they were "out for delivery". Food delivery is the same way, you're better off going out to the street and meeting them. Or just picking the food up yourself. 5: There is ALWAYS dog poop everywhere. The complex has no one to come and clean it, of if they did they should have fired them, because it was everywhere. They seemed to be more concerned with smoking than they did the cleanliness of their units. So many of the residents smoked, so if you don't like the smell of smoke that's another reason to stay away. 6: Although our lease ended 12/4, we moved out 11/10. I had 2 paychecks that were sent to that address and I called the front desk to have those sent to me. Week after week I called, and they promised and assured me they would get them sent. 12/5 comes and they say "oh there's a new resident already, we can't retrieve your mail." Insane..... I see they finally took the phrase "luxury apartments" out of their website, and replaced it with "premium residential living". This is still a lie. I paid $1170/mo for a 2b2b, when renewing our lease they tried to charge up to $2000/mo.

Mail boxes are broken into about once a week and management does nothing about it. No security is the biggest issue. Horrible management that simply does not care. My car was broken into six times in one year. The first time was right in front of the leasing office. The management is aloof and acknowledged an increase in crime in the complex but made it clear they are not doing anything about increasing security. My mailbox was broken into along with many others in the complex. They took a year to replace the broken mailboxes always giving lame excuses. They let people smoke when it is a non smoking property. There is a tent city on the mesa for you to look at everyday. There are teams of people going through our dumpsters regularly spending hours sifting through to find papers with personal information. Again management does nothing when brought to their attention.
