I would like them to come back because they do a good job and I know they arrived. from another state and they helped me a lot without words with her I hope they come back and in my respect I am happy with her I hope they come back and make improvements and I am a witness the new maintenance people are good people but there are things that need to be improved I hope they read this and if they want me contact

They require 2.75x income. 1 month of pay checks, 1 month of bank statements, 75$ app fee, $400 holding fee, $400-1600 deposit. Does not use Jetty.

How is the water always off at this location multiple times a month? I've never had this many issues with the water being off at any other location until I moved to this one. There aren't even any fliers/signs posted around the area announcing when the water will be off. How am I supposed to plan my day if I can't even shower? I wish they had some form of social media available that would let me know when the water will be off and also when to expect it back. If there is one and I just don't know about it, please let me know so I can sign up for it so I can plan my days around this constant hindrance.

I would like for everyone to know about two of the most wonderful rental agents that I have ever come across. Their names are Kassandra and Brandie. I have been looking for an apartment for the longest time, and because my credit score was extremely low, no property manager was willing to look at me, or even speak with me. This is when I met Kassandra and Brandie at Dolce at the lakes on Durango.These two young ladies were not only able to help me, but they also found me an apartment that I was looking for the following day. Knowing that my credit was below par, they went above and beyond their job duties to make sure that I was accepted. You owe yourself to meet these two ladies and say hello, I promise you wont regret it. They are truly the best and I owe them both a multitude of gratitude.
