    DO NOT rent these apartments. YOU COULD PAY THOUSANDS. This is a long review but please read on to understand my full frustration and my honest review of my personal experience and view of this terrible place. In my opinion, Naomi in the front office is unethical and aggressive. Know that you will likely be charged for everything, especially if it is supposed to be covered by the apartment. Everything in your apartment will break or flood and maintenance will never fix it, nor will they acknowledge the damage caused. Further, you will be CHARGED THOUSANDS of dollars when you leave and the staff will treat you worse than garbage. You will smell pot, step in dog pee, and trip over garbage in the hallways every week. You will endure spiders and ants everywhere, random alarms and people going in and out of your apartment every few weeks, and you will receive regular surprise charges and threats of fees on top of fees. All the while, you will never feel safe because there will always be police and investigators looking into criminal activity which has been perpetrated in the hallways or the parking garages. Avoid this nightmare as it is the most expensive, dangerous, and frustrating one you will ever have. Do not rent here. Naomi, in the front office, is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. After asking about the insane fees for leaving, she became defensive. Not only was was she rude but she refused to address that maintenance had ignored the flooded water heater and the damage it caused to flooring which I was charged for. Naomi also reviewed my case (if it seems biased, that's because it is) and decided who was at fault. Big surprise... I'm paying THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for maintenance allowing my apartment to flood multiple times because they refused to actually fix anything. Fun side note: Naomi also claimed I never submitted paperwork for my esa (I submitted online and in person months previously) she went back and added another fee. If I could give negative stars and a lawsuit, I would. I have to pay over $3,000.00 for "living" in these apartments for a little over a year. My advice is to please pick somewhere... anywhere else. It will be cheaper, safer, and you won't have to navigate Naomi.

    Two Stars - but of not for the location and having been in the building since 2011 it would be ZERO STARS. The leasing Manager Naomi has been extremely rude since she arrived. Maintenance used to be good but has steadily gone downhill just like the upkeep of the common areas, hallways, trash chutes, parking garages, etc. Hallways always dirty with tenants discarded trash, dog feces, ruins and homeless. Stairwells dirty and unsafe as homeless sleep there. Its a No Smoking building and management wants tenants to report on those in violation. Never seen them up walking the complex to check on anything. Chelsea, and Victoria always pleasant and helpful. Maintenance will promise something will be fix or replaced, but on many items repeated work orders are closed, suspended or pended without resolution. Parking major issue unless you pay for a reserved spot and even then tenant is responsible for contacting the tow company to tow the car parked in your spot. I moved her in 2011 and left briefly when I moved out of the country briefly. I renew every year because Im within 4 miles of my doctors and my grown children and with MS the location to my doctors and caregivers (children) its why I put up with the rudeness, unkept common areas and the overall dirtiness of the Lofts.     I am relocating from Florida to Nevada. When I called to inquire I spoke with Nikki she listen to my wants and desire in renting. I'm really grateful to have had her as my leasing agent not once did she EVER seem annoyed or frustrated as I was asking numerous question she answered every last one with kindness and eager to help me. I truly appreciate Nikki kindness and her helpfulness because of her OUTSTANDING customer service to me I am choosing to make 7100 Lofts my new home. There is also the leasing agent Victoria who been very nice and helpful thank you as well you ladies are thee best! This is a big journey in my life and I greatly appreciate being able to communicate with someone such as Nikki Thank you keep up your good deed great customer service is sometimes hard to find and yours is unmatched!

    Just moved in recently relocated from Denver decided to go with the tri-level loft floor plan and have to say I absolutely love this place, perfect combination of price, location, and amenities. Victoria was our leasing agent and I have to say she was absolutely amazing as well, came in for viewing of a regular one bedroom unit and she decided to show the tri-level unit which I absolutely loved. She also made everything very seamless and easy. All of the office staff is very friendly as well. Not sure what some of the negative reviews are for got a little scared when I read some of them but I would disregard them I havent experienced any of the issues they claimed, seems like they were written by vindictive tenants who just didnt get things theyre way or possibly under an older management. I would definitely recommend this place 100% if youre looking for the perfect combination of unit size, price, location, and amenities.
