SAVE YOURSELF FROM RENTING HERE!!!!! ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!! SCORPIONS!! Big ones, little ones! No matter how much you clean, they are there, running around in daylight! My first month moving in I had to put in many request about the ceiling leaking water. The bathtub was leaking water, they finally came to look at it and discovered that there was a busted pipes that they never fixed and it smelled horrible. Maintenance does not fix anything, they cancel request, staff is rude, pool never ever opened. It drains and refills a thousand times. They increase rent after you sign the lease. Every month it's a different price. It's a headache living here and I'm glad I don't anymore! They kicked all my neighbors out and soon squatters moved in and they never addressed the problem. Always had a problem with not having hot water and sometimes the water would shut off. When you shower the water gets ice cold and changes temperatures on its own. Horrible experience and a horrible place!!!!

I want to give Rosie 5 star if I could I would add more! She is so helpful and nice! She makes sure all my work orders get done on a timely manner! Rosie always answers all my questions and is so understanding! When Rosie is not there or busy all the girls at the front are so nice and have so much patience! To help me!

I would give this place a better review once your new security team you just acquired do their job. Also, since I am willing to pay for what I use, you guys need to upgrade the laundry rooms. I understand it is difficult to control what people decide to do with their lives, but I can't even use the laundry room because you have homeless people sleeping and living in there. You guys need to do better to receive 5 stars from me.

I applied and was denied and didnt receive any email explaining the denial . The email they sent actually said i was moving out 3/1/24 . I was told via email that I would get a mailed check for the admin fee yet i have received absolutely nothing . not understanding why i am receiving a check for something that was paid electronically. I need my refund asap or i will report this property
