My whole move in process ended up taking about 2 months but Cecilia Vallin has been diligent, considerate, patient, determined, and an absolute pleasure to work with in making Bella Solara my new home. Not only did she work with us every step of the way and putting in hard work the whole time, but even now (after I've already moved in) she continues to give me the feeling that I'm VIP status as a tenant in Bella Solara but I knew that's just her standard for how she treats people. Top notch service and two thumbs up from this happy tenant [and also his cat - two kitty paws up]. Thank you Cecilia!!!

Cecilia Vallin is a snake dont trust her or the people that work there they seem all nice but thats how snake people are, we went to look at one apartment up stairs and it was nice, so I put a 400 dollar holding deposite on the apartment and when we went to look at it again they gave us the key of one apartment downstairs it had a broken fire place , the living room was not the same and the kitchen as well, then we told them about that and they didnt was to give us the apartment that we looked at first and since we didnt want it cause it was not the apartment we looked at at first, I got scammed with 400 dollars then they told us that we had to pay 1,600 for the apartment and then they sent us a contract on the mail now charging us 2000 for the apartment.

Suuuuper lazy leasing office. They dont do anything about anything that goes on in the complex, and they cant even answer back emails to residents. I dont know who they have working in the leasing office but they must sit there and watch YouTube all day or something, extremely hard to get ahold of and very vague in any communication if at all. Do not stay here this is one of the most ghetto communities I Have ever stayed at in Vegas, for the price you can find FAR better complexes, plus have the doors and cabinets are falling apart and they neglect to fix anything. If you wanna live in a trap house this place is perfect but for a decent place of living go far away Update : the leasing office is a joke they failed to inform us of the most important information possible causing tons of issues due to pure lack of communication, whoever runs this complex is a joke, DO NOT STAY HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE. Everyone that works here is lazy, they are unhelpful and dont do their job.
