Avanti has no proper security to prevent any form of breaking and entering, hidden fees and company fine print that the manager does not disclose when viewing the property. After living here at Avanti for almost a full two years my family and I have come to an easy decision to relocate to a more permanent residence and one of which my business, time, and security is valued.

Honestly I hope yall laugh and think yep I remember the struggles of the first apartment. This review is for the people actually considering to move property itself is clean quiet very nice people are great and safe. Double check the lease, and make sure you understand your fees and charges for move in and move out. Dont ever listen to what maintenance says. Great people work orders get resolved quick, but we put in a work order and asked for the color code to paint the tiny holes from hanging tvs. Maintenance said we'll paint for free when you move out dont worry about it. When we move out theres a paint charges that's was my first lesson. Still a fee for something you could do yourself. This could of been a misunderstanding sorry if I'm wrong about this. Now my actual complaint. Always always always do your final walk through with the apartment so you know exactly how much your deposit youre getting back. my girl calls calls about details about the move out yall are rude to her because of your mistakes. When she was on the phone discussing the "damages/cleaning fees" (yes listed as that). they told her there were no pictures taken of the damages of the unit. Yes, this is after the final walk through is stated to be complete. So she asks for them to be excused and for a new receipt to be sent. They rushed to get her off the phone after saying they will email her the new billing. They never did...... Now this is my mistake, I go up there maybe an hour later without talking to my girl and getting her side. they gave us two totally different responses. They told me they took pictures of the unit and that the damage/cleaning fees were "standard" for everyone moving out. About half of our deposit was taken for move out because of this. For us it's not worth going back and arguing over the money. For others losing 10 dollars is big deal. Seemed weird to us but we could of just misunderstood our details. anyways it's a lesson learned for the future. With how crazy and expensive living is in general remember double check everything.
