        Well I have a lot to say but IMA GET STRICTLY TO THE MEAT....THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WIT BED BUGS THE WHOLE DAMN SUITE COMPLEX MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING ABOUT THEY RATHER LAUGH AT U AN THINK ITS FUNNY CUZ THEY DONT CARE ..IVE BEEN HERE FOR 8 MOS WOSRT DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE VERY UNSATISFYING ELEVATORS SMELLY DIRTY& NASTY SMOKERS IN & OUT ALL TIMES OF DAYS & NITES RANDOM PPL COME IN LIKE HOMELESS PPL I HIGHY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE I CANT WAIT TILL MOVE OUT THIS DUMP PLEASE WHOEVER READING THIS "DO NOT" MOVE HERE THEY HAVE BED BUGS DONT BELIEVE ME I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE....

        Hi I recently just moved into this establishment. It's a good deal for the price.. it needs a little TLC but I imagine that's probably due to the tenants more than it is the facility people and maintenance. Extremely difficult to maintain the quality of something if the tenants aren't on board with you and helping maintain it. I really don't have a problem with my room. But I also too pretty much deep clean everything myself. I am very mindful of my neighbors and I have a dog and which I pick up her fecal matter.

        Friendly neighbors, helpful staff, maintenance is on point, restaurants nearby, and a gas station. Clean apartments, elevators, parcel pick up stations on property, gym, game room, and more. I'm happy to call Rubix home.
