Reasonable price especially when considering the distance to the strip. The management has always been kind and patient. Maintenance work can be done day of request. Ive enjoyed living here!

Its sickening to see fake 5 star reviews of this terrible place. The people leaving these reviews apparently live at multiple apartment complexes and leave them all 5 stars at the same time? Dont be fooled, this place is horrible. The pool has never been open in over 3 years. They laundry room is only open 9-4pm and they will lock you out of your clothes. They do this because there are meth addicts who use the laundry room to get high. The problem is they do this during working hours so the only people impacted are us hard working tenants. Oh and most of the machines dont work. The roaches are a huge problem at this place and they will only fumigate between 8am and 12pm and you have to be out of your home, pets included at your expense. Despite the fumigator coming every week for a month the roaches never stopped. I almost lost my job because I kept having to leave work to get my dog out so they could spray otherwise they will charge you. Forget having a 9-5 job and trying to use the gym or laundry or mail room. They will charge you for electricity and gas and risk mitigation fees even though you have your own electric bill and your own renters insurance. They do not respect your ESA and continue to charge pet rent. There is always homeless infesting the areas. Stay away and please dont bring kids here please.

I really like this property!. You can walk to shopping center and food places.
