Old dirty dusty ... Out of date no bugs no most CE and the maintenance is a liar.

Clean and quiet property, very safe. Gated, and windows and doors are nearly impenetrable. I have been there for two years and I have only seen the police on property two or three times, for relatively minor incidents. Management (Christine) is awesome! She is very attentive and always tries to resolve issues or meet resident requests/needs immediately. Very friendly. Rooms are clean, bug free, and I never hear my neighbors. No cable, but you can get Antenna TV on the newer model flat screen TV's provided in the furnished rooms. (Furnishings vary from room to room). I would recommend this residence for sure and hope to be here for as long as the rental space meets my needs for living arrangements.

Even though it is in the middle of homeless heaven it being a true gated community keeps the good c in and the bad out.

24hr Maitenance on site for the Boulevard Inn, it's not a hotel it's a month to month leased Apt Rental establishment. Gated for tenants only, guests may visit From 8am to 9pm...clean and repairing all rooms to be very cozy and property safe for all the tenants whom reside here.
