    Installed new internet with no instruction on how to use it. Had to call Cox and they couldnt figure it out, said we were supposed to get an email with instruction. Finally got it to work after many hours. This white box doesnt make our internet any better than it was before. Cannot change name or password for this new modem, basically a new network forced on you, only so that they can claim WiFi 6 is available. Its an inconvenience and Id rather use my own router as it works better with our devices.

    Mirasol is run by people who think everyone who lives here complains for no reason. Our door hasnt been closing properly, so we put in a maintenance request to have it fixed because we were concerned about our safety. They proceeded to take the second lock on our door claiming that we put it there and arent allowed to have one. Our problem with the door wasnt fixed, and we feel more unsafe than ever. The maintenance team has no idea what they are doing. Ive consistently had to fix their work once they leave and mark the job as complete. It is clear they dont care, and things have gone downhill since the new managers took over. If you see responses to reviews on here with an email. They dont fix the problem, they only do it for show. Dont move here. It is way overpriced and I dont get the point of having maintenance or office people when all they do is gaslight your complaints and do a bad job.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING NOW (maybe wait a month? or never- try another complex) If I could give 0 stars I would, bc shutting down the pool for 3 WEEKS starting 4/3 knowing it is ALREADY hot out and they do nothing but make excuses for "valued" residents to NOT feeling valued (especially disabled tenants but I have another review for that) - this apartment management is money hungry and do not show you the same service before/after moving in. The maintenance parks their carts in the disabled parking spots/white lines.... the pools are never clean... hot tub not even warm.... gym never has paper towels, toilet papers, or sanitizing..... we pay $38 a month + all the other fees to STILLLLLL beg for the minimum. but they got their administration fee so they're not going to care what i have to deal with after that. ANYWAY. more to come :) & the management can feel free to respond to this with any clarification or rebuttal or have a meeting with me so I can share ALL the concerns and how to treat your disabled tenants better

    I recently moved to Mirasol Apartments Homes a month ago to be exact and was taken aback by the unexpected installation of a large Cox internet box in the master bedroom. Prior to moving in, there was no mention of this addition, nor were residents consulted about its placement. The decision to place such a conspicuous and cumbersome device right by the door of the master bedroom is not only aesthetically displeasing but also disruptive to the functionality and ambiance of the space. The lack of communication and consideration from management is disheartening, leaving me feeling disregarded and dissatisfied. I was caught by surprise with the size of this Internet device Box. This unwelcome intrusion has significantly impacted my overall experience at Mirasol Apartments Homes, and I cannot overlook the disregard for residents' concerns and preferences. Seeing that unsightly device right by my bedroom door is incredibly off-putting. It's hard to feel at ease in my own space when such a disruptive and unattractive object is right there every time I enter or leave the room. Until this issue is addressed, it's difficult for me to change my perspective or feel fully satisfied with my living situation.
