So maybe a hr or 2 ago I was here visiting a one of the residents who I help around the house while taking her trash out I noticed a homeless man bothering a resident so I said something to him and then he walked out I waited till he exited the property went back inside to notify the woman at the front desk that aside from the usual homeless problem they are now coming inside instead of just saying ok maybe even thank you she decided to rudely ask me what I'm doing there and who I'm there to say I told her but I probably shouldn't have because from my years of coming here to work for some of the residents I've heard many complaints about how they are treated by the front desk I used to love visiting this place but it's gone down hill so much they wouldn't even help when someone tried to steal the woman's packages luckily her neighbor saw they need more cameras and better front desk staff the maintenance guys are very nice

My aunts apartment is cool. They seem to always have fun and maintenance always speaks. She is happy so thats makes me happy.
