I live here right now, I'm a retired senior I live right up front, by the front door and it's still nice and quiet to me. They've all been totally remodeled. They're very state-of-the-art, my bathroom mirror even has Wi-Fi, to l listen to music as I shower. . . . I would have given it a 5 star, but the neighborhood is a bit rough, but that's Vegas!! A friend lives here and he is very happy with management. The remodeled units are very pretty. Laundry is convenient as the app tells you when a washer is available. It is very hard getting in as a guest and there is no guest parking and the neighborhood is very rough so I'm uncomfortable leaving my car. Lots of homeless in area.

Im currently living here. Its a nice little place very convenient to local stores, restaurants, and night life. I actually love it just dont like the people that surround the area lol but over all its a nice place to live !!
