My daughter has lived here for over 2 years. She loves it here, the best part is, you do not even have to pay for utilities here, which is great. It is a very beautiful apartment. Every apartment comes with a dish washer, washer, dryer, a balcony, and also a private patio. The only complaint that I do have is the location. The homeless shelters are right outside of the gates. There are literally homeless people everywhere you turn your head. If you don't mind that then you are in business. The office rarely answers your calls, and it takes a while to get things fixed. Other than that it is a very safe and affordable place to live. The bathrooms are the size of a little room. Huge. Not to mention that there is a walk in closet in the master bedroom.

My parents moved in when they were done building them for what it's worth, it's on Indian grounds, they used to be nice until 6 or 7 yrs ago. Management changes they don't do as regulations on time being in a unit for a full paint or comped carpet cleaning, not to sure about maint department either( as if they know what they doing) pool yes, clean no, the place went down hill before my parents passed away (dad last yr, mom 2 wks ago) management has no clue about their tenants and what's going on in the community!
