I really tried to give these apartments the benefit of doubt. Probably the hardest its ever been to make a rent payment plus a couple more issues. No one ever answers the phone or returns your call. With us being truck drivers making online payments is the best option for us. We have never been late on rent. But due to whatever is going on with the app and the new update which will no longer allow us to log in we will possibly have to pay an unavoidable late fee. Hopefully we can make it home by tomorrow. Definitely dont think we will be renewing our lease this time around. Not because of the app but because of the communication issues. Too much of a hassle for us.

Im only making this review because it is impossible to get in contact with management. About a month ago I called and made a maintenance request about my floor caving in and despite multiple emails and attempts at contact no one has came to resolve the issue and I still to this day have not received any updates or responses to these requests for information. The maintenance request was cancelled last week and when I called to ask about it the assistant was very rude and told me that she cannot give me any information or help me. She told me the only one who can assist me is the building manager who will not return calls or emails. I try to not complain but this is unacceptable. I pay 1400 a month for this apartment and I am unable to use one of my bathrooms.

3/1/23 The Hispanic lady in the office is very rude and unprofessional, I set outside in the cold at the office since 4:30 and when they finally opened the door at 5:40 she said the office is closed and shut the door In my face , yet there's a sign outside the off that attached to the building that says they don't closed until 6pm but she let a Hispanic couple in , and then the door sign said they'll be back at 4:35 I could see them in the back office thur the door.
